African Pepper Sauce
African Pepper Sauce
Beware: Not for the heat sensative. This stuff is super hot, but has a ton of flavor.
Ingredients
- 5 habaneros
- 1/2 medium onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp maggi
- 2 roma tomatoes
- 1/2 cup vegetable or canola oil
- salt to taste
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor.
- Puree until smooth. Simmer in a pot on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- Pour in a mason jar. Let cool before storing in the refrigerator.
