Graham Truffles
Do you ever want there to be more graham cracker pie crust when eating pie? How about nothing but graham cracker pie crust? While not technically a truffle, I am going to call these truffles anyways. Graham truffles. Sounds a lot better then graham balls. Graham cracker crumbs are held together by sweetened condensed milk and table cream, rolled into balls, and rolled in more graham cracker crumbs. These are guaranteed to be the hit of any party.
Equipment
- Blender or food processor
- cookie dropper
Ingredients
- 7 cups graham crackers pulverized into crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup table cream
Instructions
- Mix 6 1/2 cups of graham cracker crumbs, the sweetened condensed milk, and table cream together in a bowl.
- Using a cookie dropper, scoop all of the dough into equal balls. Roll them until those balls are smooth.
- Roll the balls in a 1/2 cup of graham cracker crumbs.
- Placd on a baking sheet lined in parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
