Chinese Fried Eggs
This is a great way to cook eggs if you want a little something more than your traditional sunny side up style. These eggs have the perfect balance of salty/savory/sweet/spicy, with a hint of acidity from the vinegar. Ready in less than 10 minutes, these eggs are best served over steamed rice or stir fried noodles.
